How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, but some plants and fertilizers cannot be shipped to certain states due to agricultural restrictions.
Will my plants arrive safely?
Absolutely! We use specialized packagingto protect plants during transit and guarantee they arrive healthy and intact.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours of delivery to info@breatheasyplants.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What if I’m new to plant care?
No worries! Our plants come with care instructions, and we offer beginner-friendly bundles to make plant parenthood easy.
Do you sell pet-friendly plants?

How often should I water my plants?
Watering frequency depends on the plant. Most indoor plants prefer watering when the top inch of soil is dry. Each product page includes specific care tips.
Do I need special light for my plants?
Not at all! We offer low-light plant bundlesfor rooms with limited natural light. However, some plants preferbright, indirect lightfor optimal growth.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
What if my order is lost or delayed?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier. While we cannot control carrier delays, we will do our best to assist you.
